“I am a mother of one and came to your kinder open day the other week and was so impressed with your staff, how friendly they were, the effort they put into the day and the knowledge they were able to share. All the staff including yourself made me and my family feel so comfortable and at ease and it was exactly what we needed as first time parents. Each staff member took time to play with my son in the sand pit and took a genuine interest in him on the day. You all set up the indoor and outdoor area perfectly with a range of activities, catering to diverse children’s interest and took time and care when explaining things to us parents. We were super impressed and your open day way outshone all the others we attended in future weeks. Consequently we have registered for your 2024 program and have our fingers and toes crossed Ryan gets accepted as we know he will be cared for here in our absence and will flourish with your staff and their passion for working with children. ”

It was great walking around the various activities and stalls at the event, seeing so many people with smiles on their faces enjoying themselves. I feel very fortunate to live near the Grange Community Centre and have access to the many wonderful programs you organise throughout the year for residents – Walking group, Coffee mornings, exercise classes; it’s great to have access to such a wide variety of activities.
Please pass on my sincere thanks to the team who assisted on the day. I know a lot of planning and preparation goes in to events such as these, but you should all feel very proud of your efforts. Hopefully it will become an annual event in the Grange community calendar whereby the local residents can come together and enjoy each other’s company and just forget about everyday life for a few hours or so. ”

“First of all I feel really lucky and grateful to meet all these lovely educators in our 3+ activity group. As a mum of a cheeky boy, I had my fears of sending him to his first education program all by himself. But I have no words to express my gratitude for the support I have been receiving from all the educators in the activity group. I am really grateful for the love and care my son receives from them. I must specifically mention about the love my son receives from them is marvellous and that is a huge thing for us since we don’t have any other family members here. “Dear Vanessa, Just a little note to say a BIG Thankyou to you and your helpers for the wonderfully happy and fun filled “Alice in Wonderland” morning tea you hosted on Wednesday. We thoroughly enjoyed it all, the fantastic entertainment, lovely atmosphere, the themed decorations and the most plentiful and delicious morning tea and light lunch. It was all fabulous and a lovely way to celebrate my birthday. Thankyou also for the certificate of appreciation, what a surprise and acknowledgement of my small contribution was very much appreciated.
You and Ally and other staff have created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere at The Grange and Alyssa and I enjoy our time spent there.
